Our Team - ISTI Sports

Ben is the Founder and CEO of ISTI Sports.  He has played on a number of professional basketball teams, coached 9u-17u  basketball teams, and has also worked as a professional educator at the high school level.   He has created ISTI’s copyrighted sports curriculum, the  4 Principles of Sports Training and the 4 Foundations to Athletic Workouts and well as The BenX Shooting Systems Workouts.  “I am not the best basketball trainer because I was the best player.  I am the best basketball trainer because I was the worst player and I understand what it takes to be the best.” -Ben

Krystle is the COO of ISTI Sports.  She has a marketing, fashion, sports background where she has played basketball at the collegiate level.  “I love that ISTI is a company that not only helps players on the court, but off the court as well.  Our clients are family and we don’t take for granted they choose ISTI for their child.” -Krystle

Judge is the CFO of ISTI Sports. He has a BBA Finance degree, MS in Accounting and Financial and MAFM Management from Keller Graduate school of Management – Devry University. He has a sports background where he works as basketball referee for many of the top tournaments in the country. “I am excited to be apart of the ISTI and BenX Training Systems. It’s great to build a system that actually works for everyone. We have worked the NBA Coach of the years’ kids, players, as well as clients just starting with the sport. ” -Judge

Sergio McClain is the National Sports Training Director of ISTI. Sergio has a rich history in basketball, being the son of Illinois Legend Wayne McClain. He is also the Chairman of the Wayne McClain Pipeline Foundation. “My goal is to put out the highest quality product. I strive to create fundamentals, skills, drills and practical application workouts that work for every level of client. I love the challenge of taking athletes to the highest level of their basketball ability and IQ.” – Sergio  

Kevin Clack is the National Director of Sales and Digital Marketing for ISTI Sports.

Caroline Winston- National Gym Coordinator Caroline Winston is the Director of Communications and Program Development. She has experience playing basketball at the collegiate level, having been a video coordinator for a collegiate program, as well as working summer camps, coaching youth, middle school and high school teams. She is currently obtaining her master’s degree in Sports Management while playing basketball for Barry University.
